I'll have to disagree on the armor and equipment point. It makes sense for tanks to wear heavy armor and mages to wear robes to maximize the potential of those specific roles. (This is also, by far, not the only MMO that does that.) That being said, it's not the only way to go about those roles. You can have a Sorc tank that can heal and switch directly to direct damage dealing without switching gear at all. While it won't be at its maximum potential, you have to sacrifice much of the versatility in that setup to reach that max. Perhaps, instead, we could ask for more abilities that support those predefined roles that are independent of the equipment trees.Seconded. I so wanted to be a frost tank like I was in Skyrim wearing plate and freezing everything. However having it tied to the staff and pretty much needing a shield to tank in vet put that dream on hold. Since spell crafting seems to use the three elements, if I can fill my hotbar with frosty tank like spells, I'll never leave.Illusion and Conjuration were always my favorites. I'd like to see more temporary summon spells, like maybe a Daedroth or other types of Atronachs. Illusion spells for prolonged invisibility or causing an enemy to be frenzied and attack its allies would be great too.Conjuration. Always. I'm really annoyed that the Sorcerer class has a Daedric Summoning skill line yet now everyone can summon Daedra, perhaps better Daedra as well. Go go abolish the class system. I'm keen to pick up Necromancer based spells, so frost / undead summons, but we'll see.For me and my Sorc it's making some Summoning spells since the ones in the game aren't really that great once you get to VR 5 and over. Would love to conjure up a Flame Atronach and/or Frost Atronach... maybe make it an ultimate. It might be 100% different than what we all expect it to be...in fact im sure it will be this... I don't see them making the game into a bunch of "im everything in one shot" type healer/tank/sorc/stealth players. im sure it will be restrictive. I think it might be more like putting an enchant on gear...only you do it on a spell..so instead of it morphing into A or B (which might still exist) you can enchant the spell to have..increased proc of effect, less stamina or mana use, increase damage by 10....stuff like that.
